Idle machines running overnight
Compressors, chillers, and ovens left on after the last shift keep drawing 30 to 50% of full load. Nobody sees it because nobody is there.
Often $1,000 to $4,000 a month in a single plant
Energy intelligence for small manufacturers
Clip-on sensors that cost less than a service call, plus AI that learns how your plant normally runs. It flags wasted energy, machines drifting toward failure, and utility billing mistakes, automatically. No energy consultant needed.
Figures are placeholders based on early pilot targets.
The problem
You get one number at the end of the month. It doesn't tell you which machine, which shift, or which line item is costing you money.
Compressors, chillers, and ovens left on after the last shift keep drawing 30 to 50% of full load. Nobody sees it because nobody is there.
Often $1,000 to $4,000 a month in a single plant
A worn bearing or clogged filter makes a motor pull more current for weeks before it breaks. That creep is the earliest warning you'll get, and it's invisible without a sensor.
One unplanned stop can cost more than a year of monitoring
Wrong rate schedules, estimated meter reads, and demand charges that don't match what you actually used. Utilities rarely volunteer the refund.
A wrong tariff can overcharge you every month for years
How it works
No IT project. No rewiring. An electrician can install a typical plant in an afternoon.
Non-invasive current clamps snap onto your panel and key machines. No shutdown, no rewiring, about $40 per point.
A cellular gateway sends readings every second. It stays off your plant network, so there's nothing for IT to approve.
Over the first two weeks, models learn each machine's normal load by shift, day, and season, so alerts mean something.
Real-time alerts by text or email when something's off, plus a plain-language weekly report: what you wasted, where, and what to fix first.
Features
Second-by-second kW, kWh, and cost for every metered machine, line, and panel. See exactly what's running right now.
Get a text when a machine runs off-schedule or draws more than its learned normal. Tuned to avoid alert fatigue.
Current creep, phase imbalance, and startup spikes turned into a simple health score, weeks before a breakdown.
A short, plain-English report every Monday: dollars wasted, top three fixes, and what changed since last week.
Upload your utility bill and we check it against metered usage and your tariff. Mismatches come with the evidence to dispute them.
Compare plants side by side on cost per unit produced. Find which site runs best and copy what it does.
Built on AWS
Every reading flows through managed AWS services, so the platform scales from one plant to hundreds without us rebuilding anything.
IoT Core and Kinesis absorb millions of readings per hour and scale automatically as you add sensors or sites. No servers for you, or us, to babysit.
SageMaker retrains each machine's baseline on fresh Timestream data every week, so seasonal shifts and new equipment don't trigger false alarms.
Per-device certificates, encryption in transit and at rest, and data isolated per customer in a U.S. AWS region.
Sustainability
Every kilowatt-hour you stop wasting is one your utility doesn't have to generate. You don't need a separate sustainability budget: the carbon reduction comes free with the savings.
Pilot program
We're selecting 10 small and mid-size manufacturers for our founding pilot. We supply and install the sensors, run the platform, and deliver a savings report at day 90.
Thanks, there. We'll email within two business days to schedule a 20-minute fit call.
Tip: have a recent utility bill handy. It's the fastest way to size your pilot.
FAQ
Almost certainly. Our current clamps measure the electricity going into a machine, so brand, age, and controls don't matter. They work on single- and three-phase loads from 5 A to 800 A, including 20-year-old compressors with no network connection. If you already have smart meters or a PLC, we can pull from those too.
Most plants are installed in under one day with zero downtime. A licensed electrician clamps sensors around existing wires inside your panels, so nothing is disconnected. The gateway uses its own cellular connection and plugs into a standard outlet.
Yes. Each device authenticates with its own certificate, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your data is isolated from other customers on AWS in the U.S. The gateway never touches your plant network. We only collect electrical measurements: no cameras, no production recipes. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
Pricing is a flat monthly subscription per monitoring point, with hardware included. No large upfront purchase. We size it so savings cover the subscription several times over; if the pilot doesn't show that, we'll tell you not to buy. Exact pricing is shared during your fit call.
No. That's the point. The weekly summary tells you in plain language what's wasting money and what to do about it. Most customers spend about 10 minutes a week with it.
